Lol the french kids here are wearing hats, gloves and scarfs everywhere. Not even cold temps 9c to 10c. Cold to them but not to us I had my T-shirt on lol.

Lol, yeah, at school i dont need a coat at all. Just the usual uniform. When the sun is out and walking the dog, a T shirts fine.

There was one very cold night where temperatures dipped below -10c across many parts. -14/-15c was recorded one night in Pershore, Worcs. A very rare occasion though.

I think freezers are around -18C(although this may vary on your freezer) and i seem to recall a rural place in Northern Scotland recording a whopping low of -22C so technically, the odd farmer and his wife has beaten you. Razz

I regret to announce that i have decided to end Weather Connect. It is a thing that demands quite alot of time to do sometimes and its something i will not have time to deal with come the new school year anyway.

Weather often has limited interest compared to other areas and i do not have the money to keep things going.

It has been good doing this for the time that i have being doing this …

Its time to get your Weather pictures in again! Spring may not have been as exciting as the Winter just gone but there have been cloudscapes, nature pictures, wildlife chances etc across the country.

Please post any pictures here that have been taken during March, April or May 2010.
Closing date for images is on the 30th June 2010.

The video should be ready in the first week of July.
